Terms of Service

Overview

This terms of service applies to any commission, YCH, auction, or other service. Kiba reserves the right to deny service to anyone for any reason. Terms are subject to change over time. By commissioning Kiba, you agree to be bound by this Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you will not be able to purchase a commission from me.

Terms

You must be 18 years or older to commission me or bid on an auction.

You may be rejected if you don't include a visual reference of your character(s).

Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. I will not proceed beyond a rough sketch until the commission is paid in full. I will send you an invoice when a sketch is agreed upon. Payment plans can be discussed for large commissions.

Full refunds are available if no work has been done past the initial sketch, minus a small amount to cover fees. If your commission has progressed past the initial sketch, a partial refund can be given based on the amount of work completed. If the commission is complete, then no refund will be given.

You will be given the opportunity to suggest edits and changes during the sketch phase. Edits to a completed or in progress commission past the sketch phase may incur a fee, depending on how much additional work the edit will require. Edits to correct mistakes that are a result of failure on my part are free. Please be concise when you are asking for edits.

Kiba retains the right to use, publish, repost and alter the artwork. This includes use for commercial purposes, such as advertising, social media, Patreon rewards, prints, website banners, etc. If you would like exclusive rights to a work, terms can be discussed.
